? Your Mission:
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the school's processes and curricula.
- Enhance academic reputation and international ranking.
- Develop cutting-edge programs, including executive courses and interdisciplinary initiatives.
- Lead the restructuring of faculties and departments to align with global standards.
- Attract top-tier talent and forge international networks.
- Advanced academic degree (PhD, DBA).
- Significant academic and managerial expertise.
- A strong research background with publications.
- Proficiency in English (mandatory); knowledge of Uzbek is a plus for local candidates.
- Passion for innovation in education and leadership.
- Candidates educated from/ work experience from Scandinavia, EU, UK or Canada will be prioritized
- Competitive salary: $200,000/year
